him from the floor and moved its adoption:

2 1. Page 1, line 6, by inserting after the word
3 "delivered" the following: "or is capable of being
4 delivered".
5 2. Page 1, line 29, by inserting after the word
6 "delivered" the following: "or is capable of being
7 delivered".
