Unfinished Business Calendar

Senate File 466, a bill for an act relating to the remediation of
agrichemical sites, providing for fees, and providing for the repeal of a
section relating to cleanup prioritization, with report of committee
recommending amendment and passage, was taken up for
consideration.

Klemme of Plymouth offered amendment H-8261 filed by the
committee on agriculture as follows:

2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
3 1. Page 3, line 30, by striking the word "eight"
4 and inserting the following: "seven".
