SENATE MESSAGE CONSIDERED

Senate File 2435, by committee on appropriations, a bill for an
act relating to appropriations for the department of human services
and including other provisions and appropriations involving human
services and health care, providing effective dates, and providing for
retroactive applicability.

Read first time and referred to committee on appropriations.

The House resumed consideration of House File 2552, previously
deferred.

Larkin of Lee asked and received unanimous consent that
amendment H-8630 be deferred.

Larkin of Lee offered the following amendment H-8631 filed by
him and moved its adoption:

1 Amend House File 2552 as follows:
2 1. Page 21, by striking lines 5 and 6 and
3 inserting the following:
4 " $ 4,153,925
5 FTEs 67.00"
