Horbach of Tama asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw amendment H-8548 filed by him from the floor.
Shoultz of Black Hawk offered the following amendment H-8541
filed by him and moved its adoption:

2 1. Page 19, by striking lines 5 through 17.
3 2. By striking page 19, line 26 through page 22,
4 line 15.
5 3. Page 22, by striking lines 26 through 28.
Amendment H-8541 lost.
Sukup of Franklin moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read
a last time.
