act creating a council on responsible fatherhood, providing for a
repeal, and providing an effective date.
Read first time and referred to committee on human resources.
SENATE FILE 2327 REREFERRED
The Speaker announced that Senate File 2327, previously referred
to committee on commerce and regulation was rereferred to
committee on local government.
EXPLANATION OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on March 15,
2000. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House Files
2388, 2429 and Senate File 2254.
