On motion by Rants of Woodbury, the House was recessed at 9:49
a.m., until 3:00 p.m.

The House reconvened at 3:07 p.m., Speaker pro tempore Sukup in
the chair.

A non-record roll call was requested to determine that a quorum
was present. The vote revealed seventy members present, thirty
absent.
