4 "fish" the following: "with the intent of obstructing
5 or harassing another person who is lawfully hunting,

Amendment H-8339 was adopted.

Sunderbruch of Scott moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
