Garman, et al., and moved its adoption:

1 Amend House File 2477 as follows:
2 1. By striking page 3, line 33, through page 4,
3 line 10.
4 2. By renumbering as necessary.

Amendment H-8098 was adopted.

Huser of Polk moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read
a last time.
