floor.
Fallon of Polk asked and received unanimous consent that
amendment H-8270 to amendment H-8244 be deferred.
Weigel of Chickasaw offered the following amendment H(8271, to
amendment H(8244, filed by him from the floor and moved its
adoption:
H-8271
1 Amend the amendment, H-8244, to House File 2491, as
2 follows:
3 1. By striking page 1, line 46, through page 2,
4 line 20.
5 2. By renumbering as necessary.
A non-record roll call was requested.
The ayes were 32, nays 46.
Amendment H(8271 lost.
