House File 2423, a bill for an act creating a brownfield
redevelopment program and fund and a brownfield redevelopment
advisory council, was taken up for consideration.

Jenkins of Black Hawk offered the following amendment H-8146
filed by him and moved its adoption:

H-8146

1 Amend House File 2423 as follows:
2 1. Page 2, line 18, by inserting after the word
3 "applicant" the following: "to a person other than
4 the original owner".

Amendment H-8146 was adopted.

Jenkins of Black Hawk moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
