The motion to suspend the rules lost.
Schrader of Marion rose on a point of order requesting the public
hearing scheduled for this evening be moved into the House chamber
because of the overflow of people in the meeting room.
The Speaker ruled the meeting could be moved upon the close of
debate on the current bill.
Sukup of Franklin in the chair at 7:26 p.m.
Speaker Siegrist in the chair at 7:35 p.m.
Hansen of Pottawattamie moved that the bill be read a last time
now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.
