have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
IMMEDIATE MESSAGE
Rants of Woodbury asked and received unanimous consent that
House File 2328 be immediately messaged to the Senate.
RULE 57 SUSPENDED
Rants of Woodbury asked and received unanimous consent to
suspend Rule 57, relating to committee notice and agenda for a
meeting of the committee on appropriations at 9:30 a.m. in the
Speaker's conference room to discuss House File 2408.
HOUSE FILE 2380 REFERRED
The Speaker announced that House File 2380, presently placed on
the calendar was referred to committee on appropriations.
EXPLANATION OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on February 23,
2000. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House File
2328.
