Relating to funding for purposes of waste tire management and
collection of other hazardous materials.
H.S.B. 672 Environmental Protection
Including transfer stations under the siting requirements for sanitary
landfill and infectious waste incinerator projects.
H.S.B. 673 Environmental Protection
Relating to tonnage fees paid by sanitary landfills and transfer
stations.
H.S.B. 674 Environmental Protection
Removing rulemaking requirements for the special waste
authorization program.
H.S.B. 675 Commerce and Regulation
Relating to entities and subject matter under the regulatory
authority of the insurance division, including motor vehicle service
contracts, securities, business opportunities, residential service

provisions; and establishing penalties and making penalties
