  *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau reported
  nonsubstantive
  changes to the members of the Appropriations Committee on Senate File 481,

  were attached to the committee report.

  government
  technology and operations, by making and relating to appropriations to the
  Iowa
  communications network for the support of certain Part III users, making
  appropriations to various entities for other technology-related purposes,

  network,
  providing for electronic access to public information by creating an
  IowAccess network,
  authorizing fees, and providing an effective date.
