  Senator Johnson moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.

  Senator Boettger asked and received unanimous consent to take
  up for consideration House Joint Resolution 15.

  House Joint Resolution 15

  On motion of Senator Iverson, House Joint Resolution 15, a
  joint resolution to nullify an administrative rule of the secretary of
  state concerning preparation of descriptions of constitutional
  amendments and statewide public measures and providing an
  effective date, with report of committee recommending passage, was
  taken up for consideration.
