  House File 115

  On motion of Senator Gaskill, House File 115, a bill for an act
  relating to the award of a contract for a public improvement by a city
  or the governing body of a city utility, with report of committee
  recommending passage, placed on the Unfinished Business Calendar
  on April 8, 1999, was taken up for consideration.
