  On motion of Senator King, House File 433, a bill for an act
  relating to the exclusion of certain transactions involving a public
  utility or common carrier from the applicability of the consumer
  credit code, with report of committee without recommendation,
  placed on the Unfinished Business Calendar on April 8, 1999, was
  taken up for consideration.
