  Senator Tinsman offered amendment S-3391 filed by the
  committee on Appropriations on April 14, 1999, to pages 6, 12, 14, 18,
  20, 21, 23, 24, 31, 39, 40, 42, 44, 45, 49-51, 55, 58, 60, 61, 66 and 70 of
  the bill.

  Senator Hammond offered amendment S-3417 filed by her from
  the floor, to amendment S-3391 and moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3417 lost by a voice vote.

  Senator Redwine asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-3415 filed by him from the floor to
  amendment S-3391.

  Senator Freeman offered amendment S-3430 filed by her from the
  floor, to amendment S-3391 and moved its adoption.

  A non-record roll call was requested.

  The ayes were 20, nays 25.

  Amendment S-3430 lost.

  Senator Tinsman moved adoption of amendment S-3391 by the
  committee on Appropriations to pages 6, 12, 14, 18, 20, 21, 23, 24, 31,
  39, 40, 42, 44, 45, 49-51, 55, 58, 60, 61, 66 and 70 of the bill.

  Amendment S-3391 was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator Hammond offered amendment S-3420 filed by Senators
  Hammond, Szymoniak and Flynn from the floor, to page 16 of the bill
  and moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3420 lost by a voice vote.

  Senator Hammond offered amendment S-3426 filed by Senators
  Hammond, et al., from the floor, to page 22 of the bill and moved its
  adoption.
