  Senator Iverson called up the appointment of Susan Frye, as a
  member of the Utilities Board, placed on the Individual Confirmation
  Calendar on April 7, 1999, and found on page 987 of the Senate
  Journal.

  Senator Deluhery moved that the foregoing appointment be
  confirmed by the Senate.

  On the question "Shall the appointee be confirmed?" the vote was:
