  BILLS SIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR

  A communication was received announcing that on April 14, 1999,
  the Governor approved and transmitted to the Secretary of State the
  following bills:

  S.F. 281 - Concerning the workforce development department, by providing for
  the
  establishment of a workforce development corporation, expenses for members
  of the
  regional advisory board to the workforce development board, authority to
  charge fees
  for certain services of the department, and Iowa conservation corps employee
  rights.
