  MOTION TO RECONSIDER ADOPTED

  Senator Gronstal called up the motion to reconsider
  Senate File 445 filed by him on March 25, 1999, found on page 817 of
  the Senate Journal and moved its adoption.

  On the question "Shall the motion to reconsider be adopted?"
  (S.F. 445) the vote was:

  The motion prevailed.

  Senator Gronstal moved to reconsider the vote by which
  Senate File 445 went to its last reading, which motion prevailed by a
  voice vote.

  Senator Gronstal asked and received unanimous consent that
  action on Senate File 445 be deferred.

  IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
  Senate Files 192 and 253 be immediately messaged to the
  House.
