BUSINESS PENDING Senate File 405 The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 405, a bill for an act limiting the liability of financial institutions for certain actions arising out of the failure of information technology as the result of a year 2000 problem, and amendment S-3179 by Senators Jensen, Lamberti and Flynn striking everything after the enacting clause and to the title page of the bill, previously deferred. Senator Gronstal offered amendment S-3189 filed by him from the floor, to amendment S-3179 and moved its adoption.
