  Pursuant to Iowa Code Section 2.32(4), the appointment for the Iowa Finance
  Authority vacancy formerly held by James Crane is being deferred because no
  appropriate candidate has been found for this position at this time.

  Pursuant to Iowa Code Section 2.32(4), the appointment for the Landscape
  Architectural Examining Board vacancy formerly held by Dennis Ausenhus is
  being
  deferred because no appropriate candidate has been found for this position
  at this time.

  Pursuant to Iowa Code Section 2.32(4), the appointment for the Landscape
