  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
  Senate File 362 and House Files 200 and 209 be immediately
  messaged to the House.

  INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION

  Senate Joint Resolution 11, by Iverson, a joint resolution to
  nullify an administrative rule of the secretary of state concerning
  preparation of descriptions of constitutional amendments and
  statewide public measures and providing an effective date.

  Read first time and referred to committee on Rules and
  Administration.

  RECESS

  On motion of Senator Iverson, the Senate recessed at 2:14 p.m.,
  until 4:00 p.m.
