  Senator Freeman moved that the bill be read the last time now
  and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote,
  and the bill was read the last time.

  PRESENTATION OF VISITORS

  The chair welcomed, at the request of Senator Johnson, the fifth
  grade class from Van Meter, Iowa, accompanied by Mr. Merril and
  Mrs. Garvey, who were present in the balcony.
