  have passed the Senate and the title, as amended, was agreed to.

  Senate File 337

  On motion of Senator Fraise, Senate File 337, a bill for an act
  relating to landlords' and tenants' relations, by providing notice
  requirements, establishing a tenant's duty to properly maintain
  utility facilities, and providing for other properly related matters and
  an effective date, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Fraise moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.

  On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (S.F. 337), the vote was:
