  and criminal penalties for illegal acts affecting endangered or

  INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION

  Senate Concurrent Resolution 9, by committee on Agriculture,
  a concurrent resolution relating to the livestock industry, by
  requesting that the United States Congress take actions necessary to
  stabilize the agricultural economy and to request that the United
  States Department of Justice investigate unfair practices by
  meatpackers.
