  services and providing an effective date.

  Senate File 172, by Redwine, Schuerer, Gaskill, Lamberti, Miller,
  King, McKibben, Rehberg, Behn, and Sexton, a bill for an act
  reducing the state individual income tax by five percent and
  including a retroactive applicability date provision.
