  were attached to the committee report.

  gubernatorial
  appointments

  Recommendation:  APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 8:  Iverson, Kramer, Gronstal, Dvorsky, Fink, Harper,
  Jensen, and
  Redfern.  Nays, none.  Absent or not voting, 3:  Lundby, Rehberg, and
  Rittmer.

  Fiscal Note:  NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.
