Senate File 37 On motion of Senator Dearden, Senate File 37, a bill for an act relating to the hunting of mourning doves and subjecting violators to a penalty, was taken up for consideration, was taken up for consideration. Senator Hansen offered amendment S-3005 filed by him from the floor to page 1 of the bill. Senator Bartz raised the point of order that amendment S-3005 was not germane to the bill. Senator Bartz withdrew his point of order. Senator Hansen moved adoption of amendment S-3005 which motion lost by a voice vote. Senator Dearden moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill was read the last time. On the question "Shall the bill pass?"
