INTRODUCTION OF BILL House File 780, by committee on ways and means, a bill for an act relating to the appropriation made for the livestock production tax credit. Read first time and placed on the ways and means calendar. IMMEDIATE MESSAGES Speaker pro tempore Rants asked and received unanimous consent that the following bills be immediately messaged to the Senate: Senate File 469, Senate Concurrent Resolution 11 and House File 696. MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE The following messages were received from the Senate: Mr. Speaker: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the Senate has on April 27, 1999, concurred in the House amendment to the Senate amendment, and passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the Senate was asked: House File 746, a bill for an act relating to and making appropriations for agriculture and natural resources and providing effective dates.
