I was also necessarily absent from the House chamber on Monday morning, April 12, 1999. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on Senate Files 254 and 413. CATALDO of Polk I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on April 15, 1999. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on Senate File 211. EDDIE of Buena Vista I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on April 19, 1999. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye" on House Files 242 and 767.
