Johnson of Osceola offered the following amendment H?1540 filed 
by him from the floor and moved its adoption:
H-1540
 1     Amend Senate File 413, as amended, passed, and
 2   reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
 3     1.  By striking page 1, line 35, through page 2,
 4   line 2, and inserting the following:  "over the
 5   decedent's estate."
 6     2.  Page 4, by striking lines 12 through 14 and
 7   inserting the following:  "over the decedent's
 8   estate."
Amendment H?1540 was adopted.
Johnson of Osceola moved that the bill be read a last time now and 
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read 
a last time.
