Raecker of Polk asked and received unanimous consent to 
withdraw House File 444 from further consideration by the House.
IMMEDIATE MESSAGE
Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent 
that Senate File 338 be immediately messaged to the Senate.
House File 344, a bill for an act establishing a time limit for 
disallowance or reduction of motor vehicle warranty claims, relating 
to establishment of motor vehicle service or warranty facilities, and 
making a penalty applicable, was taken up for consideration.
SENATE FILE 149 SUBSTITUTED FOR HOUSE FILE 344
Jager of Black Hawk asked and received unanimous consent to 
substitute Senate File 149 for House File 344.
Senate File 149, a bill for an act establishing a time limit for 
disallowance or reduction of motor vehicle warranty claims, relating 
to establishment of motor vehicle service or warranty facilities, and 
making a penalty applicable, was taken up for consideration.
Jager of Black Hawk offered the following amendment H?1103 
filed by him and moved its adoption:

 1     Amend Senate File 149 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 1, line 19, by inserting after the word
 3   "vehicles" the following:  ", except motor homes,".
Amendment H?1103 was adopted.
