act relating to the time limit when property omitted from assessment 
may be assessed and when a taxpayer may receive a refund for 
erroneous property taxes paid and including an effective date 
provision.

House File 756, by committee on appropriations, a bill for an act 
relating to the creation of a recruiting our own targeted students loan 
repayment program and fund under the control of the college student 
aid commission, and providing an effective date.

act relating to the payment and allocation of the real estate transfer
