act relating to telehealth, by providing for reimbursement for health 
care services provided by means of interactive audio, video, or data 
communications, and establishing telehealth delivery and 
disciplinary standards.

act relating to the new investment tax credit under the new jobs and 
income program.

act establishing an Iowa drug prior authorization review panel within 
the department of human services and providing an effective date.
