debtor which is exempt from execution.

Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 37), establishing the crime of identity 
theft, providing for the recovery of civil damages, relating to the reporting of identity 
theft to a consumer reporting agency, and providing and applying penalties.

Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 81), relating to estate issues by 
modifying the warranty by a trustee, exemptions from execution and beneficiary 
designations and transfer-upon-death provisions related to pension and retirement 
accounts, jurisdiction of the probate court, fees payable on certain trusts, claims 
against estates for medical assistance payments, notice provisions relating to claims 
against estates, and disclaimers made by beneficiaries.
