INTRODUCTION OF BILLS
House File 400, by Jochum, a bill for an act relating to inspection 
and duplication of health care records upon the request of a patient.
Read first time and referred to committee on human resources.
House File 401, by committee on human resources, a bill for an 
act relating to third-party payment of health care coverage costs for 
mental health treatment services.
Read first time and referred to committee on commerce and 
regulation.
House File 402, by committee on human resources, a bill for an 
act providing for the establishment of a scope of practice review com-
mittee regarding the proposed licensure of certified professional mid-
wives.
Read first time and placed on the calendar.
House File 403, by committee on judiciary, a bill for an act re-
lating to the fingerprinting of persons or juveniles who have been 
arrested or taken into custody and changing the procedures for the 
collection of a criminal disposition report.
Read first time and placed on the calendar.
