H.S.B. 187  Judiciary

Requiring that the clerk of the district court confirm that notice has 
been given to required parties prior to the filing of a nonstatutory 
lien.
H.S.B. 188  Ways and Means
Relating to reductions in the state individual income tax by in-
creasing the deduction for pension income and increasing the per-
sonal and dependent credits, and including a retroactive applicability 
date provision.
H.S.B. 189  Judiciary
Establishing the crime of sexual exploitation by an educational prac-
titioner and providing a penalty.
H.S.B. 190  Judiciary
To change the penalties applicable to the possession, manufacture, or 
delivery of methamphetamine and other controlled substances, re-
lating to the possession or control of adulterated or improperly 
labeled articles, providing for the reopening of certain sentences, and 
providing for restrictions on bail.
H.S.B. 191  Transportation
Increasing the fine for moving traffic violations in school zones.
H.S.B. 192  Agriculture
Relating to emergency programs to support livestock producers, pro-
viding appropriations, and providing an effective date.
H.S.B. 193  Judiciary
Defining as a fraudulent practice certain creation or use of retail 
sales receipts or universal price code labels, and applying penalties.
