H.S.B. 177  Local Government

Allowing certain school district bond issues to be issued jointly by two 
or more school districts.
H.S.B. 178  State Government
Relating to gambling by imposing a moratorium on the issuance or 
transfer of certain gambling licenses and on increasing the numbers 
of games and machines, providing for the transfer of collective 
bargaining agreements, limiting the location of excursion gambling 
boats and pari-mutuel racetracks, regulating the dispensing of 
moneys by credit card or other electronic means for gambling 
purposes, limiting civil penalties for violations of gambling under 
legal age, providing for the disposition of charitable contributions, 
imposing a scheduled fine for gambling by persons under twenty-one 
years of age, and providing an effective date.
H.S.B. 179  State Government
Relating to the emergency management division of the department of 
public defense by authorizing fees for radiological detection 
equipment maintenance services, by providing for the appointment of 
county emergency management officers, by authorizing financial 
assistance to local governments for emergency management purposes, 
and by providing an effective date.
H.S.B. 180  Human Resources
Relating to acquired immune deficiency syndrome, providing 
penalties, and providing for a repeal.
H.S.B. 181  Human Resources
Relating to child welfare provisions involving voluntary foster care 
placements of children with mental retardation or other 
developmental disability, release of child abuse information, and 
annual group foster care and decategorization plans, and providing a 
contingent effective date.
