H.S.B. 143  State Government

Adopting the nurse licensure compact, and providing an effective 
date.
H.S.B. 144  Labor and Industrial Relations
Concerning the workforce development department, by providing for 
the establishment of a workforce development corporation, expenses 
for members of the regional advisory board to the workforce develop-
ment board, authority to charge fees for certain services of the depart-
ment, and Iowa conservation corps employee rights.
H.S.B. 145  Labor and Industrial Relations
Relating to worker and public safety and protection laws admin-
istered by the labor services division of Iowa workforce development.
H.S.B. 146  Transportation
Relating to implements of husbandry and restrictions on the move-
ment of such implements, and other vehicles, upon the highways of 
this state.
H.S.B. 147  Human Resources
Relating to child support enforcement, including child support re-
covery in instances of guardianships, income withholding, interest on 
child support collected, and payments to financial institutions for 
record matters, and providing for retroactive applicability.
H.S.B. 148  Education
Relating to the description of disabilities of individuals receiving vo-
cational rehabilitation services.
H.S.B. 149  Commerce and Regulation
Relating to entities and subject matter under the regulatory au-
thority of the insurance division, including securities, business
