H.S.B. 108  Ways and Means

Providing for a hepatitis A vaccine tax credit under the individual 
and corporate income taxes for the cost of immunizing employees and 
workers at licensed food establishments and including an effective 
and retroactive applicability date provision.
H.S.B. 109  Ways and Means
Exempting the sales of aircraft from local option sales and services 
taxes.
H.S.B. 110  Ways and Means
Relating to the administration of the tax and related laws by the 
department of revenue and finance, including administration of state 
individual income, corporate income, franchise, sales and use, motor 
fuel, cigarette and tobacco, local option, inheritance and estate, and 
property taxes, and the livestock production credit; providing 
penalties; and including effective and retroactive applicability date 
provisions.
H.S.B. 111  Commerce and Regulation
Relating to permissible fees to be charged by state and national banks 
for maintaining a demand deposit account with a line of credit.
H.S.B. 112  Commerce and Regulation
Relating to delinquency charges on certain consumer credit 
transactions.
H.S.B. 113  Transportation
Allowing certain utility employees to operate all-terrain vehicles and 
snowmobiles on railroad rights of way.
