By Hahn of Muscatine, from fifty-seven constituents of the 48th 
district opposing Senate File 37, an act relating to the hunting of 
mourning doves and subjecting violators to a penalty.
INTRODUCTION OF BILLS
House File 174, by Greiner, a bill for an act prohibiting packers 
from executing contracts for the marketing of livestock after being 
found liable of a breach of contract, and providing a penalty.
Read first time and referred to committee on agriculture.
House File 175, by Wise, Cohoon, Nelson, Larkin, Heaton, 
Stevens, Falck, Thomas, Foege, Warnstadt, and Bukta, a bill for an 
act relating to accountability for student achievement in 
employability skills, making appropriations, and providing an 
effective date.
Read first time and referred to committee on education.
House File 176, by Carroll, a bill for an act relating to the 
reimbursement of fees and expenses associated with the state medical
