relating to permanent rules of the House for the seventy-eighth 
general assembly.
Laid over under Rule 25 and placed on the calendar.
On motion by Gipp of Winneshiek the House adjourned at 8:55 
a.m., until 8:45 a.m., Friday, January 15, 1999, at the South Gaskell 
Room at Veterans Memorial Auditorium.
