HOUSE STUDY BILL COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS H.S.B. 2 Judiciary To provide for the payment of appellate attorney fees to persons bringing a successful court action for violations of the open meeting law. H.S.B. 3 Judiciary Relating to the criminal offenses that require registration as provided in the sex offender registry law and providing an effective date. H.S.B. 4 Judiciary Relating to adoption procedural requirements including those related to investigations, reports, and counseling. H.S.B. 5 Judiciary Relating to the exclusion of certain transactions under the business opportunities law and providing effective and retroactive applicability dates. H.S.B. 6 Judiciary Relating to certain property of a debtor which is exempt from execution. H.S.B. 7 Judiciary Relating to the establishment of an automatic temporary financial protective order against the parties to a dissolution of marriage, separate maintenance, or annulment action limiting certain actions relating to assets and income of the parties.
