  1  4 DECLARING NULL AND VOID GUBERNATORIAL EXECUTIVE ORDERS
  1  5    RELATING TO EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND AFFIRMATIVE ACTION IN
  1  6    STATE EMPLOYMENT AND UNIFORM PROCEDURES FOR THE WAIVER OF
  1  7    ADMINISTRATIVE RULES AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.  
  1  8 
  1  9 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
  1 10 
  1 11    Section 1.  Executive order number 7, enacted by the
  1 12 governor on September 14, 1999, is declared null and void.
  1 13    Sec. 2.  Executive order number 11, enacted by the governor
  1 14 on September 14, 1999, is declared null and void.
  1 15    Sec. 3.  This Act, being deemed of immediate importance,
  1 16 takes effect upon enactment.
