  1  4 RELATING TO THE ASSESSMENT OF CIVIL DAMAGES FOR THE ILLEGAL
  1  5    TAKING OF A SWAN OR A CRANE.

  1  7 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
  1  8 
  1  9    Section 1.  Section 481A.130, subsection 1, paragraph h,
  1 10 Code 1999, is amended to read as follows:
  1 11    h.  For each deer, except as provided in paragraph "g", and
  1 12 for each swan or crane, one thousand five hundred dollars.
