  1  1          SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. ___
  1  2                        BY  DRAKE
  1  3 A Senate Concurrent Resolution relating to
  1  4    Pioneer Lawmakers.
  1  5    WHEREAS, the Seventy-eighth General Assembly is
  1  6 advised of a meeting of the Pioneer Lawmakers
  1  7 Association to be held on Wednesday, April 7, 1999;
  1  8 and
  1  9    WHEREAS, the Pioneer Lawmakers request the
  1 10 opportunity to meet formally with the General
  1 11 Assembly; NOW THEREFORE,
  1 12    BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE, THE HOUSE OF
  1 13 REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING, That the General Assembly
  1 14 meet in joint session in the House Chamber on
  1 15 Wednesday, April 7, 1999, at 2:00 p.m. and that the
  1 16 Pioneer Lawmakers be invited to attend and present a
  1 17 program on that occasion, and that the President of
  1 18 the Senate and the Speaker of the House of
  1 19 Representatives be designated to deliver the
  1 20 invitation to them.
