  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5673, to Senate File 2452 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 11, by inserting after line 40 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 453A.3, subsection 1, paragraph
  1  6 c, as enacted by 2000 Iowa Acts, Senate File 2366,
  1  7 section 3, is amended to read as follows:
  1  8    c.  A person who violates section 453A.39 142A.6,
  1  9 subsection 6, is guilty of a simple misdemeanor."
  1 10    #2.  Page 11, line 46, by inserting after the
  1 11 figure "453A.39," the following:  "or section 142A.6,
  1 12 subsection 6,"
  1 13    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
