  1  7    #2.  Page 3, by inserting after line 49 the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "From the funds appropriated in this lettered
  1 10 paragraph, $84,000 shall be used to support a model
  1 11 outreach program for services for youth with
  1 12 disabilities."
